These mods by M. Shane Peterson represent two types of Carrier, in the markings of three nationalities, with optional details such as spare track or aerial recognition panels. All notes below are by the author, M. Shane Peterson.

Tested by Dave Molinarolo (Maximus), Gordon Molek, Marco Bergman, Michael Dorosh, and Marcel Vie (Pawbroon).

Based on: Original BTS CMBO textures. Basis for some of the .bmp's from the Carrier mod created by Marcel Vie (used with his kind permission). Some nationality / divisional markings are taken from Michael Dorosh's websites CANUCK and TOMMY (with his kind assistance) The bogie wheels are modified versions of Marco Bergman's work from his excellent Stuart mod, and are used with his permission.

Compatibility:    Mod Manager & CMMOS compliant.

Known faults:    Nothing major at this time. The 3D model for the Universal Carrier provided with the game appears to be based around a 3 in. Mortar Carrier. My reasoning for this is that on the rear panel of the personnel compartment there is a 3D shape which appears to mimic the shape of a stowed 3 in. mortar tube lashed in place. The stock CMBO .bmps would seem to bear this out. If you use the 3 in Mortar Carrier option you will see the shape textured to look like a stowed mortar tube as was originally conceived.

NOTE: users of the Mod Manager compliant files will notice that there is no extra"_"suffixes at the end of each file in the individual folders. The "_" suffixes are only for the CMMOS version.

British 3-Inch Mortar Carrier:

This mod was done to provide a basic British Universal 3 in. Mortar Carrier to use when utilizing British forces in the game. This mod carries the markings of a 50'th (Northumbrian) Inf. Div. Carrier.

Canadian 3-Inch Mortar Carrier:

This mod was done to provide a basic Canadian Universal 3 in. Mortar Carrier to use when utilizing Canadian forces in the game. This mod carries the markings of the 2'nd Inf. Div., The South Saskatchewan Regt.

Polish 3-Inch Mortar Carrier:

This mod was done to provide a basic Polish Universal 3 in. Mortar Carrier to use when utilizing Polish forces in the game. This mod shows a Carrier carrying the markings of the Polish 1'st Armored Div., and is based upon my interpretation only.
